    Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest, Newnan, May 15

    5/3/10 Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest is coming to Newnan's Junction Lanes on Saturday May 15th. Boardwalk of the South hosted by Community Welcome House is from 11:00 am -3:00 pm inviting non-profit groups to host a booth free, fun for the entire family. Meet representatives with the Atlanta Braves, giant slide, face painting and much more. The contest begins at 1:00 pm. The winner will will go to New York for the final competition.     First Presbyterian Hosts Patriotic Concert

    3/28/10 PTC First Presbyterian Hosts Patriotic Concert May 16 The public is invited to a special concert of patriotic music with Mark Hayes and the Peachtree City First Presbyterian Church Choir on May 16 at 11:15 am and 6:30 pm. Dove Award-winner Mark Hayes has a passion for arranging contemporary Christian and sacred music. Hayes has over 50 recordings and a personal catalog of over 500 published original works. Admission is free, however a ticket will be required. Tickets are available at concerts@firstpresptc.com or at the First Presbyterian Church in Peachtree City located at 206 Willowbend Rd. Childcare will be provided for children ages 4 and younger. For more information, call 770-487-7757.
