2/10/10 An exciting and educational facet of the March 6th
Charles Wadsworth & Friends Concert is now set to continue. Two
of the musicians performing in the concert will arrive earlier
in order to conduct Master Classes for Coweta County high school
vocal and piano students. Sennett the Songman in Senoia August 78/3/09 James Sennett, aka "The Songman," will be bringing his homespun version of guitar music and vocals to the Senoia Coffee Company on Friday, August 7, from 7:00-9:00. The concert will feature the music of the great singer-songwriters: James Taylor, Jim Croce, Gordon Lightfoot, John Denver, and more. Senoia Coffee Company offers a wonderful menu of deli and other dinner items, plus the best carrot cake in North Georgia and a variety of gourmet coffees and teas. The Senoia Coffee Company is located in downtown Senoia, just off Georgia Highway 16..--If you are coming from the east or west, take 16 to Senoia.--If you're coming from the north or south, take Georgia 85/74 to Georgia 16 and turn west to Senoia.--In either case, turn north off of 16 onto Broad (gas station on one corner, grocery store on the other).--When you cross the railroad tracks in downtown Senoia, the coffee shop will be right in front of you. |
Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest, Newnan, May 155/3/10 Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest is coming to Newnan's Junction Lanes on Saturday May 15th. Boardwalk of the South hosted by Community Welcome House is from 11:00 am -3:00 pm inviting non-profit groups to host a booth free, fun for the entire family. Meet representatives with the Atlanta Braves, giant slide, face painting and much more. The contest begins at 1:00 pm. The winner will will go to New York for the final competition.
